Gingerbread (83%) (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Butter [from Milk], Honey, Free Range Egg, Spices [including Ginger (0.5%)], Raising Agent [Sodium Bicarbonate]), Icing (Sugar, Egg White Powder, Cream of Tartar, Colour [102 Tartrazine, 110 Sunset Yellow, 127 Erythrosine, 129 Allura Red, 132 Indigotine, 133 Brilliant Blue, 171 Titanium Dioxide]).

Allergens: Contains Gluten (Wheat), Egg and Milk

Shelf life: 6 months in original packaging. Store in a cool, dry place away from sun light. Once opened, store in an airtight container and consume within 7 days.
