Handcrafted European Gingerbread made in Australia by Adri.

Award-winning business located on The Central Coast of NSW manufacturing European Style Gingerbreads that are lovingly hand crafted and hand iced with royal icing. 

Adriana (Adri) started the business in 2012 on the kitchen table.

What started with a small batch of gingerbread soon became something much bigger. However, gingerbread by Adri is still crafted with the same care — made from carefully selected ingredients, baked to our traditional European-style recipe and individually finished by hand with royal icing.

Because we believe a beautiful biscuit should taste just as good as it looks.

Adri's delicious treats have spread out to an ever growing number of stockists and now can be found in over 500 cafes, grocers, hamper companies and department stores Australia wide including David Jones, IGA, Gourmet Basket, Foodland Stores. She has also partnered with Haigh's Chocolate for a Christmas range of chocolate coated gingerbread.

Gingerbread by Adri has received many awards, including a GOLD MEDAL in The Biscuit class at the 2022 Sydney Royal Fine Food Show, a national competition discovering Australia's best fine food producers.

Over 98% of our ingredients are produced in Australia, wherever possible sourced from small Australian suppliers.
