We cannot accept returns of perishable items. We just don't feel comfortable reselling a perishable food item that has not always been in our control.
Please make your purchase choices carefully. We work very hard to make sure we wrap everything really well. However on very few occasions items can get damaged in transit that are beyond our control.
Adri's Gingerbread is not liable for parcels that are damaged in transit. We do our best to package orders with care and the necessary protection but due to the Postal network being out of our control we cannot guarantee that items will arrive in the condition they were in when they were dispatched. For any damaged items, the customer will be required to contact their local postal company and resolve this directly with them.
Adri's Gingerbread cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date or time.
Please allow 7 business days for production of your gingerbread + delivery time via courier or Australia Post. During busy time Easter and Christmas, our processing time increases, please allocate extra time for processing to avoid disappoinment.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for international orders unless an error has occurred on our part.
